I had to go here because 1463 location was getting renovated. The cashier helped me order with my points and was friendly. There were alot of people waiting for their drinks and I waited for 15 to 20 min then asked about my drink. She found it in list and immediately started asking the other associates where it was. I’m from Seattle. I’ve been doing the almost-daily Starbucks thing for 10+ years. This location is a well-oiled machine. Their customer volume recently expanded because another local store is remodeling. They’ve been knocking it out of the park with efficiency- clear wait times, clear production plan. I went through the drive through for an afternoon coffee. There were only 2 people in front of me and I waited 15 minutes. The coffee was good as usual but an unusually long wait time.
