Wingstop offers a variety of wings and has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have reported issues with cleanliness and language barriers, others have praised the restaurant for its excellent service and good food. Recent experiences include reports of ants, soda stains, and sticky floors, but many customers also appreciate how the staff takes the time to ensure orders are correct and offers extra sauce options. One customer highlighted the pleasant atmosphere and cleanliness of this Katy location, noting that after an incorrect order, the district manager, Jesus, made them feel heard and remade their order. Although service can be slow at times, especially late at night, overall, Wingstop has improved, with many customers expressing their desire to return.
