Hostess Julia has the BEST customer service, she made sure our school fundraiser had all questions answered prior to the date of the event. The date of the event she was so friendly, very helpful and even as busy and crowded as the place was she never lost her cool, she kept a smile on her face throughout the whole night, I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION IN KATY, TX to any Elementary School, any family member and anyone willing to give it a try.

Good place for kids
I set a reservation for my two kids here. July 27th. My experience was. It was very easy to set the reservation. Very easy process once we showed up. The manager was very helpful in helping us preserve the ice cream for the party. Also very helpful with the duration of the party going the way I saw it. The party went very good for the most part.
