I placed an order through their app and I received a confirmation Email for pick up time once I got to their location at 12:45 they were closed ,lights off ,no sign to let people know anything and a lot of people waiting outside wondering what the hell is going on ?!!!! This Pizza Hut real deal needs to close or needs new management or something because it ain’t been looking good. The food and service has been disgusting. The employees/managers will lie to you about their name. They have zero integrity and will serve you undercooked food just to get orders out. Placed an order at 6pm through the app and was supposed to be ready by 6:15. I didn't walk outta there till 6:50pm, employees are moving slow as snails there's no motivation from the management at all. Saw my order placed in the ready to go area and took another 5mins before anyone came to the front to give me my order. Thos place needs better management and employees.
