All the staff in this location are awesome, I love it�
Service was pretty good at this facility inside of Hilton Houston North. The Orange Creamsicle Frappe wasn't the greatest. I'd prefer a more frozen drink.

The team, including Alanis, Arlenis, Katelyn, Jennifer, Jocelyn, and Evelyn, are described as the absolute sweetest, most welcoming, and helpful. They provide a high level of service and are always smiling. Customers enjoy starting mornings with the impossible sandwich or a caramel macchiato, noting the coffee is always delicious. Even when one customer burnt their tongue, the service was still rated a 10/10. The crew knows regulars’ orders by heart, having it ready by the time payment is finished. While some find it cold inside, the staff’s positive energy makes up for it. This is a favorite Starbucks where loyal customers always have a great experience.
