Staff definitely needs to be properly trained to speak with customers. When asked for an item and was told it's only served at breakfast, we simply asked if breakfast was served 24 hours at the location? Your reply should not be, yeah why? He can consider this day a lucky one��
just left this location. Purchased a Carmel Frap. Got back to the office, felt something hard like ice come up through the straw... it was a shard of glass. I found two in the cup.
Called the location and was advised the MOD was too busy to come to the phone. Told the employee, hey, you might wanna check your machine before someone gets hurt. He said that "no one behind the counter was going to believe it" but thanked me for making the phone call.
