Had ordered after me were receiving their orders before me only to then be told part of my order which was an ice coffee was just sitting there the whole time

Only taking mobile orders and somehow messed up a plain burger. No other orders. Plain means no onions, pickles, ketchup or mustard. Yet I had onions and pickles on my plain burger. 🙄
