The store is clean and easy to access, making it one of the best coffee spots in the Spring area for quality and convenience. Customers appreciate the outstanding customer service and marvelous coffee shop experience. One barista recommended a relaxing tea, and the night manager comped a blueberry muffin. However, the location has some issues. There is a shortage of seating space and a long bench layout that offers no privacy to chat. The interior is rated 3 stars, though service is 5 stars. Temperature regulation can be inconsistent, initially feeling rather warm. A recent drive-through experience was unsanitary when a barista played with a dog in the back seat of a car while handling food. The supervisor seemed unbothered by the complaint. Despite these problems, a White Chocolate Mocca was well made, and the people encountered are generally nice.
