The SLOWEST Starbucks drive thru EVER. It’s always so slow. Has been for the past few months. The line is always wrapped around. Now, the workers are usually very nice but the slowness of the drive thru outweighs that factor. Something has to give. It’s ridiculous.

Excellent customer service and experience. Great staff while in the area I visited a few times and always went inside and was greeted with a smile and was always asked if any additional products/food cookies and I always ended up with a cake pop for my grandson. Thank you staff

Had zero service inside. The drive thru was long so I decided to go inside real quick. I stood at the register while multiple employees walked past me and did not acknowledge my existence. I was there long enough for 8 cars to get their order at the drive thru. Still no one has acknowledged me while I’m staring at every person who walks by me wondering if I’m ever going to be helped. Two people lined up behind me at this point and still no service. So I walked out. I should’ve stayed in the drive thru if I knew no one inside was working the counter. Disappointed at the lack of care and service here.

I am rushing to my job and think I have a few minutes. So I stopped to order my English breakfast tea latte.And when I'm leaving to turn into the road, I look at my tea, and it happens to be just regular tea, not a latte, ugh! So much for going thru drive-thru. I went back, and they were apologetic, but it still made me late for work.
This is our go-to Starbies as it's the closest location to our home. Since day one, the baristas have been incredibly friendly. They are always whippin drinks out quick, fresh, and delicious. I absolutely recommend the seasonal pumpkin scone when they have them. It's sooooo good!Kid-friendliness: We love getting our littles cake pops and tall chocolate Frappuccinos as a tasty treat.

They filled my drink with extra fudge instead of light caramel so I went inside and I front of the counter waiting for a worker to assist me instead they walked past me I tried to call a worker and they proceeded to give me a weird look but whatever Starbucks has enough competitors that I can go to that don’t support genocide.

Love this Starbucks! I come here all the time and like it, but today they just gave us our whole order free!! We didn't get an explanation- we thought maybe someone ahead of us paid- but they just said "it's on us!" SUPER awesome and made our day! Thank you!!
