going out of their way to make my mornings special always <3
I needed to get a lot of coffee in bulk for a wedding at the last minute (day of) and i called at 5am and had the product at 7am with excellent customer service. They even helped me load my vehicle. 5 stars to the morning crew on 2/21/26.

Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The morning crew provided excellent customer service, helping a customer load a vehicle with a large bulk order for a wedding at 5am. The atmosphere is pleasant and workers are on top of their duties. One customer found the matcha to be the best from any Starbucks, driving an extra 5 miles for it. Another praised the friendly and prompt drive thru barista and hot bacon egg bites, but noted the hot white mocha was the worst $6 coffee, tasting like straight dark chocolate. The caramel crunch frappuccinos are good; when one was accidentally dropped, the staff made a new one without charge. However, some customers find the coffee inconsistent, tasting mostly like milk, with each employee making a different taste. While the service and people are friendly, the coffee itself is not always worth the money.
