My coffee tasted burnt wasted $5. Not impressed. Tried calling store and no one answered.
I have gone here several times and continue to go out of my way to this location several times until today. I ordered a venti drink, they handed me a grande and so they said they were going to fix it. The employees were at each other’s throats and obvious they did not have it together. I drive off and realize that they just dumped the grande drink into a venti cup. I pay way too much money for coffee and for this to happen. I will not be back!

Starbucks Coffee Company receives mixed reviews. The morning crew provided excellent customer service, helping a customer load a vehicle with a large bulk order for a wedding at 5am. The atmosphere is pleasant and workers are on top of their duties. One customer found the matcha to be the best from any Starbucks, driving an extra 5 miles for it. Another praised the friendly and prompt drive thru barista and hot bacon egg bites, but noted the hot white mocha was the worst $6 coffee, tasting like straight dark chocolate. The caramel crunch frappuccinos are good; when one was accidentally dropped, the staff made a new one without charge. However, some customers find the coffee inconsistent, tasting mostly like milk, with each employee making a different taste. While the service and people are friendly, the coffee itself is not always worth the money.
