As a regular Starbucks customer, I must say my recent experiences at this particular location have been disappointing. Despite being a fan of Starbucks, my visits here have left me wanting. On multiple occasions, they have been out of essential items like the ingredients for the honey citrus tea, matcha, and even something as basic as green stoppers. It's all about options....I've been going to McDonald's on 31st street for a while and they are too lazy to make coffee during coffee morning times....even hot coffee!! I now go to starbucks!! Options people!! I was able to get the impossible breakfast ? knowing they ALWAYS have coffee and better made fresh pastries. I could hear the drive thru worker and she could hear me....very friendly and positive attitude ?. In and out...no worries and I didn't have to worry about anything...read full review

I am living in New York, and originally from the Middle East. This store is fantastic better than all. I wonder if they prepared the order that I did online better than what I am requesting in store by myself End of the day to be objective even though the staff that worked inside was friendly and tried to support me each time.
