The older gentleman working today provided excellent service—he prepared my order perfectly, was very knowledgeable about the menu, and offered helpful suggestions while answering all of my questions with a friendly attitude.

It looked like they were short-staffed, and I saw a customer approach Lisa with an attitude asking why others had received their drinks before her. Lisa handled the situation very professionally and politely. Even under pressure, she stayed patient and respectful. This world needs more workers like Lisa. “The smoothies, smoothie bowls and toast were all AMAZING. The new guy working was friendly and attentive. The lady who was training him/ and or has just worked there longer than him- Seems overwhelmed and it's affecting her care for customers. She doesn't seem happy and it affects the atmosphere. But I did appreciate the new guy (working Memorial day morning) He was sweet and attentive to us and my kids. It's the little things that matter ❤️“
