“I just left this location, it's 730am on March 27th, 2023. I usually have issues with my smoothie coming out the way I like, but today my smoothies is delicious. I don't like banana, so I like extra strawberries instead in my strawberry Hulk. I also ask for extra peanut butter. Most of the time, there's banana and hardly any peanut butter in my drink.Today, my smoothie is delicious and exactly the way I want it to taste. I don't remember the guy's name, but he did wonderful. I will always choose this location, even when it's out of my way (like today). Thanks again.“
“Came in around 3p during a shift change- got super busy and the lady dipped out really fast.Guy that took over held down the shop despite it still being busy when we left. Kept vibes immaculate and had amazing service.Honestly did above and beyond considering he was completely alone and it was busier than I’ve ever seen it. Props to him“
“It seems that I got very lucky to walk in and have DJ working! It was 10:30am on a Monday. I had never been to any Smoothie King location before (that I can remember). I read the reviews and walked in a little afraid of what kind of service I would get. DJ was helpful and friendly, he suggested a few options after I said that it was my first time there and what kind of smoothie I was looking for. I would def go back, and hope DJ is the one working when I go!“
“I was charged for the wrong size and didn't realize it until after I had driven away. The next day I came in and explained what happened, showed my receipt, and the staff made it right. Great team. You have a happy customer here who will definitely continue to come back.“
“The highlight of my visit on March 2, 2024 at 4:50 pm was how the young girl running the drive through took the lead to make sure things were getting done correctly. I ordered inside. There were three other employees working, two young men and an older lady. The older lady was on her phone the entire time I was there and the two younger gentlemen were trying but they seemed confused. The girl on drive thru took command and made my smoothie as two before that weren’t mine but the guys wanted to give them to me. She was able to multitask very well and efficiently, balancing out making my order and taking and handing out orders in the drive thru. She is the rockstar of your store and she deserves a raise or promotion.“
“I love coming here on Fridays to take advantage of the dollar upgrade deal. Ben and the staff there are always so welcoming and I’ve never had a bad smoothie here. I bit the bullet and downloaded the app for my rewards. I love earning points and little special deals they upload for free on the app. 5 stars all the way“
