“Great beer. Really enjoyed their Stout and Hazy and talking beer and beer styles with the owners David and Jody. They have a constant taco truck close by and have bags of pretzels and jerky at the bar for purchase. They also have some outside seating for cooler months.“

“We went on Thursday right as they opened and it was so beautiful. There was no one else there but us. The staff were super friendly and we got try multiple wines and enjoyed them! The food was unbelievably delicious!! You must try the BBQ sampler!“

“Just updating my review…. This is the biggest hidden gem in Austin. Everything is delicious. The burgers are top notch, the tacos and quesadillas are some of the best around (especially the raja dilla w/ carnitas). Their salsas are all full of flavor and that habanero one is no joke. Everyone in the truck is cool as hell. Kudos to them.“

“A millenials dream! If youre not cool enough to know who Old Gregg is, get with the program! Noah Fielding would be proud of this place! Beer here is great, love that they have cocktail and seltzer options. Food trucks here are also amazing, do not miss the brisket from yellow bell. They also host plenty of markets, rescues with cute adoptables, plenty of other great events. Definitely one of my favorites!“

“Bluebonnet Brewery is a true local gem with a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere and great beer.It's the kind of brewery that's easy to keep coming back to.
My only complaint is that I wish they stayed open longer! That's really the biggest downside.
If you're in the Round Rock area and appreciate great craft beer and a genuine neighborhood atmosphere, Bluebonnet Brewery is absolutely worth a visit. 🍻“
