“Clean restaurant! I love when I walk in to a casual place like this and ALL the tables are clean! During the down time the team is cleaning their work area! Even though my sandwich was made wrong the first time, they corrected it quickly and brought it to me at the table! They guys here are so sweet!“

“I’ve been to quite a few Jersey Mike’s locations, but the Round Rock Palm Valley location is hands down the best. Somehow, the sandwiches here always taste better than anywhere else. Every single time I take a bite, I think, “There’s no way it can be this good,” but it always is!
The staff is also incredible. Everyone is friendly, welcoming, and always seems to be in a great mood, which makes the experience even better. You can tell they genuinely care about the quality of the food and the customer experience. If you’re deciding which Jersey Mike’s to visit, this is the location to go to!“

“Last week my parents came into town, although this stop was unplanned our experience was awesome! The staff was friendly and the music was lively. Karen was able to help my parents feel more comfortable ordering and going down the line she was very patient with them, which was also very pleasant for me not having to step in as a translator lol! She and the rest of the staff were very quick and I will be returning soon.“
