This is a good spot. I promise you that not all Jersey Mike's are the same. It depends on the manager, and you can usually tell right when you walk in by seeing if the counter is clean. That has been the best indicator for me anyway. On my first visit, a young kid was rude for no reason. However, the manager apologized next time I was in there and said he had noticed it. Customer services needs to improve at this location. Some of the employees are great, but others are not. If you do not want to provide good customer service, go home or find another job.
