“We visited Pacific Star on a Friday night. We got a seat immediately. The staff were very friendly. The food was good! We had a fun experience with quick service. They have a special seafood soup that was not on the menu. We bought one to go. When we ate it the next day, it was absolutely delicious. This place is a hidden gem. I recommend it!“

“I was born and raised in Louisiana for 44 years but now live in New Mexico. This is the farthest west that you can get REAL Cajun food and supplies. This is also better than 90% of anything you can get in north or west Louisiana. The poboys are absolutely amazing.“

“I read most of the reviews and gathered two things. It might be hot and the waiters seem inattentive. This told me to sit at the bar and dress less. The music is playing and the staff is upbeat and in a party yet focused zone. I enjoyed every moment here. My bartender/waiter was Melo and he was absolutely amazing at making sure I was good and keeping great drinks in rotation. My food came out as the icing on the cake. I ordered Shrimp and Lamb chops with shrimp. It was amazing. I have no complaints. It was complete flavor and just right. I even had a manager come around and check on me twice. I love this place and will be back. I drove over and hour to get here and it was worth it.“

“The food was amazing. I had 1:1:1 with their house sauce Jesus nothing shy from amazing. my kids had a shrimp Po Boy shrimp was cooked to perfection and the fries came with a garlic Parmesan sauce baby was used as dipping sauce it was so good. Hot atomic Mac was fabulous as well chicken bites over max and cheese with crushed Cheetos on top. Will be back soon!!!! Customer service was amazing, they are very attentive to customers needs, food comes out in a timely fashion.

Parking: It was in a shopping center so there was plenty parking

“Crawfish Etouffee horrible! I got there the moment they opened so should have been fresh. crawfish size of a green pea and tough as beef jerky. Red beans and rice had no beans. I was told still training cook... no excuse! Don't waste time or money.“
