I have worked in the coffee industry for almost 10 years and I know how difficult it can be to keep a positive attitude at all times and provide the best customer service regardless of what is going on in your personal lives. I had two appointments this morning in Georgetown with a gap between them, so I thought I’d hang out at Starbucks sipping on some coffee refills. I hear so much team work, positivity, and care for the customers from the baristas that I HAD to leave a review. If you’re local and hanging out at a coffee shop, this location is for you!
