This place is incredible! Everything we had tonight was top notch. Robert was absolutely on point with service & suggestions. The Mac and cheese with the lobster, and of course truffles, was to die for. And he threw in a little creme brulee that's not even on the menu. Can't recommend this experience enough. The pork chop was definitely the good choice.
Outstanding! This was the best steak we have ever had and we have gone to all the upscale restaurants in Austin. We were fortunate to be there for Creekstone Waygu steaks and ours was outstanding. Son had the ribeye and it was phenomenal. We loved the sides: potato rosti, broccolini and lobster mac. Started meal with the tuna cakes and ended sharing creme brulee. All we could talk about is when we can return.

The Butcher's Cellar provides an incredible and unique dining experience. The food is top notch, awesome, and exceptional, with award-winning chefs showing their skills. Dishes like the bao bun, shrimp toast, Wagyu sirloin, and pork chop are highlighted as excellent, delicious, and pure heaven. The atmosphere is warm, elevated, and festive with a good retro vibe, making the place feel special and high-class. Service is consistently described as next level, great, friendly, and the best, with staff providing warm and attentive care. It is considered a gem and the best restaurant in Texas, creating a celebratory and memorable feeling. The quality of meat sold for home is also incredible. A noted drawback is a 3% fee for credit card use on larger bills. Overall, it is a place for a great meal and an amazing experience that guests eagerly plan to revisit.
