The quality of the Chicken nuggets are not very consistent. They are either the best ever or you question if they had rolled under the fryer at some point and someone found them and thought what the hell... But in the up side ... THEIR ICE CREAM MACHINE IS USUALLY ALWAYS ON AND WORKING! GO SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK FOR AN ICE CREAM CONE AND ONLY A FEW TIMES DID I NOT GET ONE!
You go on Drive thru and you do have to wait so long. This always happen on Second shift around 7pm. I decided to go in store and literally employees fighting inside the kitchen while the car service was getting up to the gas station. Please get together and put a team Lead that can take care and don't argue with peers and customers.
Great service, friendly staff. Never been inside though, always drive through. Food much better than other Waco locations!
