Everyone knows Rosa's due to the long lines they have for Taco Tuesdays. But Rosa's delivers pretty good value the other 6 days of the week too!
Yes, there are plenty of places to get good TexMex in Waco, probably about 6 or 7 in a 2 mile stretch of Hewitt Drive.
