Didn't get my order right but fixed it fine
I just spent 35 minutes in the drive through. Our order was 3 kids meals and 1 adult sandwich. Very uncomplicated. Not worth the insane wait.
Food is great!! Sadly very understaffed but they still manage to try and keep up.

Schlotzsky's Deli serves the Original Small No tomato or black olives, with great food that comes out hot. The tortilla chicken soup is really good, and customers love the Cinnabons. The manager goes above and beyond, taking orders and giving suggestions to ensure everything is freshly made and customizable. Vegetarian options can be customized. Wheelchair accessibility includes tables, not just booths. However, one location had issues with old, hard bread on a regular sandwich.
