His welcome was warm, confident, and intentional. He immediately took ownership of our experience. He didn’t just take our order, he curated it. The way he described each dish and offered recommendations made everything feel thoughtful and elevated. And the food absolutely delivered. The chicken parmigiana creamero was incredible! Perfectly cooked, rich, and full of flavor. You could tell there was care in every detail, and John made sure we didn’t miss out on one of the best things on the menu. What really sets him apart is his presence throughout the meal. He anticipated needs before we even had to ask, his timing was seamless, and he struck that perfect balance of attentive without hovering. It felt effortless, but you can tell it’s not, it’s skill. “My family and I had the experience of a lifetime Christmas Eve! I don't get to get out much due to my health concerns but had remembered this place and when we went to order food it was just as special as before! The toppings were all fresh, everything was made with love and the staff at the front end were so kind that it brought tears to my eyes in the car because I'm a mom just trying to make that night special! My girls, husband, mother and I were able to get 3 amazing pizzas which were to die for and we made memories that would last a lifetime! The older gentleman at the front was so patient and attentive and few don't know that I have heart failure, am low vision or what I have been going through but his kindness made me feel seen! I pray that this business will continue to prosper and am so grateful that we chose to make the sacrifice to drive where they are to witness such love and kindness! “First time to eat here and what a wonderful experience! Owned by an Italian family and food is very authentic. The waitress was wonderful and very attentive and the food delicious! The bread was wonderful, not bread sticks, but baked to perfection brushed with garlic oil and parmesan sprinkled on top. I had the salad with chicken and the portions were plentiful, the salad fresh and crispy and the chicken was seasoned. So tasty and so very happy to find this great restaurant. Highly recommend.“

“First time here on my birthday so just stopped by randomly on my way back to crandall. Couldn't have asked for a better experience! This is the dream team! Fernanda took my order and helped me with my rewards points. I took my daughter to play and remembered I forgot to ask for my wings to be well done but when I went back to ask, they already had the food at my table! Went to the table and to my surprise the wings were done to perfection! Adrian Seasoned them well and done well so a slight crisp instead of mushy like normal. Hazel IS the EPITOME of customer service! Most places you go and instantly feel drained because there is no happiness in the establishment but here is completely different! People say Disney is the happiest place on earth, wrong! It is WHEREVER hazel is! She is and will always be THAT girl! I was regretting spending over $50 for some pizza, especially when the cost of living is already so high but for the taste and service i was provided, I would gladly do it again! They don't really keep up with rotating out desserts either. We stayed a long time chit chatting while we ate and not once did they ever really check the desserts. When my daughter got cinnamon rolls they were dried out and hard on top. You could hear the roll clack the plate it was so hard. And I wished they'd do a better quality check of the salad bar. I got cucumbers for my salad and they were pungent and slimy 🤢 very clearly expired!!!“

“Typically my order is ready quickly and exactly as ordered. Once the lady accidentally made it as a regular cheese instead of the 6 cheese. She realized her mistake while boxing it and had already started a replacement pizza by the time I got there. She gave me the oops pizza as well. Occasionally they’ll run out of gluten-free crusts and always call to give us the option of canceling or waiting for them to pick one up from a nearby store. All around great service!“

“I LOVE this location so much! Robin is an absolute angel! I came in there a couple weeks ago with my 4 and 5 year old for their birthdays and she went into her own purse and gave them quarters for the pinball machine and made their day! She really is always the sweetest. Outside of Robin, the young ladies I interact with whenever I go are always so respectful and sweet. Whenever I come into Waco from valley mills on highway 6 that’s the pizza spot we go to! I’ve seen customers and DoorDash drivers treat the young ladies in there like absolute garbage and even had to step in, I always commend them for handling it all so well. I hope management gives them all the support they deserve for some of the characters they have to deal with. Either way I hope management knows how great their staff is. Oh also, the pizzas are always fresh and never burnt or dry which is a huge plus!“
