terrible experience! placed an order online. came in at the time listed. waited another 10 minutes. only to be told it will be another 20 minutes for part of my order to be ready. and then was told that "I should have called to make sure they had what I order". when told they would refund me I asked when I could expect that to happen the girl said "ummm...I don't know I think he's working on it now". mind you the whole time this poor girl is having to be the messanger for the...read full review
