When I normally go, service is great. The last time my family and I went, there was no trash can so there were dirty plates and napkins on over half the tables. I understand it gets busy, but we waited for someone to bring out a trash bin for about 30-40 mins and still no sign of one. No issues with the food whatsoever. It was just dirty. We had to clean our own table off in order to sit.
Nothing to complain about, everything was as it should be
Always a good choice. The cinnamon rolls are always delicious.

Cicis Pizza offers a great experience with excellent customer service and fresh pizza options. The location is spacious, clean, and kid-friendly with an arcade available. The remodeled restaurant includes a bigger game room, perfect for family outings. The buffet has a variety in pizzas and salad, with everything hot and fresh. The varieties were plentiful. The place is accessible for those in a wheelchair, with a serving line appropriate for a person in a wheelchair. The bathroom was big enough for a wheelchair.
