On my way to Dallas passing through Waco and I wanted something different.I pulled up and no one was there except me and i was scared that the food was not going to be great. My first time there and the cashier / server was very friendly and nice. I never had oxtails so I ordered oxtail with rice and peas and it was so delicious for 17.99! I wanted more! So good! My husband had the J*** Chicken and I tried the Curried vegetables and both were delicious. And the fried plantains were amazing! Very friendly service and laid back atmosphere. Will definitely be back next time we pass through Waco!
Absolutely great! Unique taste mixing Jamaican with Texas barbecue. Every part of the meal was fantastic. Even if you aren't familiar with Jamaican / Caribbean food, this is a great option. They are currently only on Baylor campus in a food truck.
