IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD I HAVENT HAD MY COFFEE...Every morning we order the same thing 2 carmel crunch ribbon Fraps at 1st they were amazing...then they started to taste like watered down ice with a splash of coffee no carmel and just a few sprinkles of dried sugar not the carmel crunch topping on top for show. .. we then started having to order DOUBLE EVERYTHING carmel whip crunch... then now were paying XTRA $ for a while they were just OKAY again... then they went...read full review
Baristas were friendly and coffee tasted great. It was a little cold inside but it was very clean.
Not friendly. Very short and get the job done but defiantly different customer service experience

Starbucks Coffee Company is a welcoming place. The staff is always fast and friendly. They make visitors feel welcomed and make drinks taste better with every visit. The location is convenient, right off of I-35, and easy to get in and out of. The restaurant is super clean. Visitors can hang out outside if the weather is nice. The staff is kind and gracious, even when things get messy. The coffee is great and the bathrooms are clean. The fall drinks, including the non-dairy apple chai, are super yummy. Overall, Starbucks Coffee Company is a pretty solid place with friendly staff.
