I love going to Starbies on road trips for some reason the I guess the batista must be having a bad morning. It's the first time I've ever seen someone working at Starbucks with a tude. I hope your day gets better. Please be nicer to your customers. We love our batista's.

Place is trashed. Only 3 customers, so even if they were busy earlier, they have time to sweep now. Trash cans overflowing everywhere just a sloppy environment. Coffee was good

Terrible experience from this location! First, the wait time is way to long. Second, the quality and consistency is horrible, one day it’s good the next it is terrible! I just ordered a peppermint frappe that tastes like a tube of toothpaste…
Went late night and it was peaceful , drinks were made perfectly, staff was friendly, it was nice and clean ?Wheelchair accessibility: Has gandicap parking and ramp right infront of the building ?
Showed up at 6:25 to use the restroom and get a coffee before i got back on the road for anything 2 hours and the inside is locked. Drive thru only.

I've been to this store quite a bit, but today..... There were 3 young ladies standing round doing nothing leaving one young lady to produce all the drinks at the bar.... I avoid special drinks so I don't have to wait... So a tall drip gets ordered along with a grilled cheese.... But the time I got the coffee the grilled cheese was going cold. The young lady at the bar asked the others to get the drip.... The others never responded and were just aimless.... What's the problem here.... Check my Starbucks profile.... I frequent Starbucks daily all over dfw / Waco area.... There's something wrong at this store!

Ordered a blonde roast: took 20 minutes. The staff didn’t tell me when it was ready, they just put it on the counter and didn’t even put a sticker on it; there were people scrounging through the drinks trying to figure out what was theirs. When I finally figured out mine was up there it was cold. Barista told me it was my fault.
Horrible coffee. Asked if i wanted chick fil a sauce?
