“We're in town for a few days visiting Waco and saw Kilwins walking to Magnolia. The products in the window were amazing and my wife has a soft spot for caramel apples. We picked up several things, including the apple. By far, one of the best caramel apples I've ever had. All the items have been outstanding!! Well done!!“

“In my family we love some peanut butter cookies! I was traveling through Waco and got a phone call letting me know peanut butter was a cookie this week and begging me to stop. So, we placed an order on the app, I pulled up and went inside and they had it all ready to go for me! The staff were super friendly, smiling, and helping other customers. “Beautiful inside and out, clean, fast service. Did I mention the unique ice cream flavors made in-house, like horchata, tequila, Chaco abuela and Ferrero rocher? All tasty on the tongue. Paleta’s of various flavors were excellent as well. Great family vibe.“

“I messed up my order (my fault, not theirs) and they fixed it for me—they were so kind and pleasant! They were all so happy and seemed to be having a great time. “Went there for the first time on Thur 6/19/25 for a sno cone. When I paid my card was charged twice I only noticed because I happened to check my account and saw the two charges. I tried to call them but the # on Google no one answers. So I drove all the way back up there explained the situation they kept questioning me like they didn't believe me even after giving them my phone and letting them look for themselves. They agreed to refund one of the charges had me sign a receipt and I was on my way. Then later that night I was checking my account again and noticed I was charged again so instead of refunding me they charged me again. 😑

Update: (previously 1 star) This has been fixed and they apologized, the person working the card reader was new to using it and we got everything resolved.“

“We stopped by today 7/4 around 11am and a nice young man had let us know the grill wasn't up at the moment, but should be in about 15 minutes, and all of the other food was available. We opted to wait and I'm so glad we did. Everything we had was so good, fries, cheeseburgers, tenders, and sundaes! The place was clean including the restrooms. The young man, light complected, blonde(?) hair, was super helpful and wanted to give him a shout out for our first impression of Freddy's, we will be back! (Koda, per the receipt, thank you!!)“
