The cookies are good and the staff are always so friendly, but the prices are just way too high now, so now we only come here on occasion. (Also, wouldn’t recommend doing an online/delivery order.)
Z did a great job!! He had to deal with a rude customer before me, he stayed professional and kept his patience’s. Awesome job, Z!! And the cookies are delicious!! ? Please go try them, they’re open until 3 a.m. on Saturday’s!! ?

Insomnia Cookie is pretty well known in Baltimore, so I was surprised to see it here in Waco. I appreciated the kindness the workers showed to customers, and my cookie was delicious. It was warm, soft, and tasted just like I remembered from the last time I had one.
