Love this place! They have so many different flavor cookies. We tried 3 of them, and they were both amazing! It's slightly expensive, but definitely worth trying! You will not be disappointed!

Insomnia Cookie is pretty well known in Baltimore, so I was surprised to see it here in Waco. I appreciated the kindness the workers showed to customers, and my cookie was delicious. It was warm, soft, and tasted just like I remembered from the last time I had one.

The cookies are good and the staff are always so friendly, but the prices are just way too high now, so now we only come here on occasion. (Also, wouldn’t recommend doing an online/delivery order.)

It was just BAD. The customer service was horrible, ordered from DoorDash- waited over an HOUR for it to be delivered, and when it said it was completed- it wasn’t here. We called the store multiple times, they put us on hold and then hanged up. And then we called multiple times again and they hanged up or didn’t answer. A scam and a waste to order online.

I'd give less than a star if possible. Not only was the cookies not worth the calories, it the service and pricing were ridiculous. Can't even see the cookies, you order and they bring out from the back, and I've had much better cookies at 3am in a 7-11 off the floor. Just horrible.
