“Feels like Austin!Super cool low light bar. The atmosphere Sloane's created is intimate, fun, and classy. I always love getting a drink here for fun dates. This is also a great spot for the girls to hangout.On to the drinks! Their drinks are super good, they also have a big selection which is awesome. They have great Wine + Beer, Whiskey selection, Paloma's, and the limited cosmic drink for the eclipse are so good!The bar is definitely on the smaller side but adds to the experience. They have a projector on the wall always playing throwback movies. They even give you your check with vintage books!Sloane's is a must go!“

Hotel Herringbone as a whole is just what Waco needs as it continues to grow and lure new people into this great city!Lucky Bucks Rooftop Bar is awesome, there are 360 views of Downtown Waco which includes Magnolia! This is a great bar to meet up with friends after work, plenty of spots to grab a drink and sit with your friends!Definitely recommend!“

“Nice place, not for everyone. I’ve been here twice. Had good service both times. Good drinks. But the place isn’t for everyone. If you are a young, hip, millennial this is your place. Gen-X it’s okay, limited cocktails due to their serving only their specialty drinks. No food. If you wear a pop knot or a man bun you will fit in perfectly.“

“There's no food but everything about this place is fun! Swings inside and outside. Weekend nights are the best. Service is good, but I think they need a bigger bathroom especially for the ladies.
Parking: If it's packed you might have to park around the block.“

“The cutest little country side kinda bar with a great bartender who also happens to be the owner. The bar serves cold bottled/canned local beers. There is a nice pool table and a couple of slot games available. The people in the bar were real homie and nice. You can bring your own food to this place.

“Friendly bartenders and awesome security. They break up fights super quick and have a police officer there. Variety of different drinks and beers. They have a pool table and multiple TVs for sports and other shows. They have a jukebox so you can pick music to play.“

“Just like people say it's a dark little dive bar. It's an old building and it smells old. There was not a lot of people when we went, nobody really looked up from their phones. Seemed to be regulars, not people out to socialize. The restroom was clean. Service was quick. The drinks were cheap. Three drinks and tip for 20 bucks. Watch out in the parking lot for potholes and there is a curb that you might think is an exit to the street if you can't see well.“

“I love a good hamburger, and this place did not let me down. I ordered the texan, and I'll have to rate it in the top 10 best burgers I've ever stuffed in my face. The cheese curds and sweet potato fries are also a must.“

“Went here with my boyfriend. We wanted to go on a nice little date night but I had no idea where to go so I was like let's go to freight bar. We were just at pretty fancy. I was in a really nice fancy old-timey red dress and my boyfriend was dressed up and a button-up and a tie and freight bar is not a place. You would think to go in that attire but we still went anyway. I was a little bit bummed because they weren't doing any activities the day we went but then we started playing cool which was really fun. Even though I'm not very good at pool I still won because my boyfriend kept getting the eight ball in (silly goose) then they had a soccer version of pool which was very difficult and we didn't like it that much. We just played soccer within the giant soccer pool table. It was actually one of the best dates nights I've had with him and the drinks were really good. I got two Shirley temples (non-alcoholic) and my boyfriend got water. I would recommend this place for families. Looking to have a good night. They also do cracks here sometimes which is always super fun.
Parking: There is a free parking lot outside of freight bar. At the time that I went the road was closed which is unfortunate but I've been there before where it is a free parking lot that you're able to use
Kid-friendliness: There was lots of kids there and it's very family and kid friendly has lots of games for the kids. It also has a little dog park for the dogs to go in.“

“This is a gem in Waco. Food you can't find anywhere else, and executed at a level no other restaurant is doing in Waco. This is hopefully going to set the tone for chefs in Waco to realize that high class food, presentation, and flavor development are important! We loved every minute of our meal, the atmosphere, and small touches that made this meal the best in Waco!
This is a Michelin star caliber meal. You have all the eclectic ingredients, and the talent to reach the upper echelon of restaurants. I enjoyed every part of this meal, and the little touches like decor, silverware, and drink ware were unparalleled. It felt like New York City in Waco Texas and I am in love. Keep pushing the envelope with your menu, and I can't wait to come back as well as see where you go!
