Walking in the door, we knew we were in the right place for dinner! It's very open and inviting and the energy pulls you right in! We ordered three small plates to share and we each ordered an entree. The food came out quickly, all piping hot and cooked to perfection! The Corn Ribs are absolutely stunning, tender, juicy and seasoned perfectly. The brussel sprouts were another stunning bite, so much so we ordered another one for our meals! We have lived in Waco for five years, and this is still, bar none, the best place to eat in Waco. The food, the prices, the atmosphere, the staff. I wouldn't want to bring out-of-town guests anywhere else. No other place in Waco even comes close to the atmosphere of Milo. The music, the plants, the space, the design. It's just awesome. Favorite place.
