I recommend the sampler of the different bourbon and whiskeys baby Blues was wonderful. French oak was quite tasty and brimstone was awesome. Very very delicious spirits…I was there during restaurant week. A great atmosphere.

I did the Escarpment Tour, a very in depth distillery tour that was detailed allowing me access to details often not found in your typical distillery tour. The tour guide Alex was very knowledgeable and thorough.

Balcones Distilling is an impressive facility with a friendly staff. The tour and tasting experience is unique and educational, featuring exceptional equipment and high-quality products.
