It was a 30-year anniversary, made advanced reservations. Seated quickly and that was it. Did not get any drink orders or even water brough to the table. Wait staff never even come by. Eventually went to the bar where we ordered drinks and ate dinner. A lot of other customers were coming over from the restaurant and ordering at the bar because service was so bad. This was my third time there for lunch. Have eaten the turkey club - pasta dish and today the griddled ham & Cheese. Only went back because the 2 people I was having lunch with wanted to try it. Will not go back again!! Menu is very poor and limited. Ham sandwich was dry, the slaw was tasteless and the only redeeming quality were the bread & butter pickles, which were sparse. While we did not stay in the hotel specifically, we did dine in the restaurant for a work dinner. While being accommodated for miscommunication, the staff was great. We had great services. We were also told that we could enjoy other parts of the hotel such as the library and bar on the second floor! Even when dealing with rude ignorant guest, they were very sweet and diligent with handling the scenario.
