“While we did not stay in the hotel specifically, we did dine in the restaurant for a work dinner. While being accommodated for miscommunication, the staff was great. We had great services. We were also told that we could enjoy other parts of the hotel such as the library and bar on the second floor! Even when dealing with rude ignorant guest, they were very sweet and diligent with handling the scenario. To the hostess, you were a great help, and I apologize again for the disrespect those guest treated you with. I sadly cannot say much about the stay, but the front desk, and the restaurant workers were very hard working and I enjoyed the time we had there.“
