We loved every minute of our meal, the atmosphere, and small touches that made this meal the best in Waco!

This is a Michelin star caliber meal. You have all the eclectic ingredients, and the talent to reach the upper echelon of restaurants. I enjoyed every part of this meal, and the little touches like decor, silverware, and drink ware were unparalleled. It felt like New York City in Waco Texas and I am in love. “The tent is much bigger this year, so more tables are covered. The staff is efficient which is important to pull this off. I like it that you buy tickets now so you're not holding up the line while you decide what you want. The bugs were fantastic! I thought the shrimp was a little over cooked, but everyone else at the table loved it. This is always one of our favorite crawfish events.“

“Ljs is one of them can't miss.. the menu stays the same and it's all fried or pre portioned, small portions but not a lot of excessive handling either everything being fried it's hard to mess that up.. my only problem was recently in which I like the crumbs and I always got a bed of crumbs under my food so I'll ask for extra but got neither they're one reason why I go and now that I think about it the lady kept saying something different when she read back my order which was irrigating, and started off suggesting some for me right off.. “Our favorite buffet in the Waco area. A reasonably priced and yummy lunch. The quality of the food is generally quite good. (A few occasional exceptions, but they are rare.) Always clean. Attentive staff. Includes Mongolian grill, sushi, and multiple flavors of scooped ice cream. Definitely worth checking out.
