Don't sleep on Surf N Soul!! This place is truly amazing. I love soul food seafood, but it's so hard to find great, authentic places like this in Waco. I ordered Fried Fish and Fried Rice. It took exactly 15 minutes to be prepared and served to me. The hospitality/customer service was genuine and friendly. My food was fresh and hot.
