“I cannot say enough great things about Armstrong’s! I usually get the crawfish étouffée and it’s ALWAYS delicious and only $10 for a generous portion. Today I ordered the gumbo $13, and it’s equally amazing! Their portion sizes are great, food is consistently delicious, and the service is fast. Definitely a great place for good Cajun cuisine in Waco, located amongst the many great restaurants/food vendors in Union Hall.“

You can taste the freshness and the seasoning balance is spot on—not overpowering, just rich, bold, and satisfying. Whether you’re a Cajun food lover or trying it for the first time, Tejan Cajun delivers across the board.

“Fun and really good place to eat. We always eat at the Harker Heights location. Irving is always there and a really good waiter. Super friendly and lot of fun. He keeps that place going.“
