“We love going to Jimmie’s for a date night! We have been coming to eat here since we moved back to Johnson County from the TCU area in Fort Worth. My husband and I were thrilled when we found this hidden gem in the heart of downtown Cleburne. We loved going out in FTW and we were pleasantly surprised when we discovered the food at Jimmie’s rivaled some of the best in the metroplex. “Great bulk crawfish! Friendly service and fair prices! We used them this spring for our crawfish boil. The size and the robustly healthy crawfish boiled up exactly as expected. I think out of 70 pounds we only found 1 dead one! Definitely will use them again next year!“
“Came to sing karaoke and grab a bite around 7:00pm on a Friday. Nice little place, that's a little understaffed - but, if you want to relax and aren't rushed... it's worth the wait.Karaoke is "you have to ask" (no book) and while there's a local preference for Spanish... they'd be fine with anything.Shrimp tacos (pic) we're filling & delicious, served HOT (nice!).2 margaritas & taco plate, under $30 (nice value). Staff is playful and fun. Definitely a "return place".?“
“My mom and I were in Cleburne getting things we needed. We don't go to Cleburne often but years ago, it was a "treat" for when we did go or even her and Daddy, Long John Silvers was to be had before going home. Yesterday was the first time Mom and I had done this since losing my daddy last year. We were there not long after opening and our food arrived quickly and very deliciously. Thank you for helping reconnect my mom and I as well as remembering times there with daddy, all without you knowing.“
“Best breakfast burrito I’ve had in a long time. Everything was perfect from the homemade tortilla to the fluffy eggs with crispy bacon. Everything was seasoned to perfection and the homemade salsa was spot on. I’ve lived 6 miles from this pace and I’m sad I haven’t found this place sooner. We will 100% be back.“
“Food was bussin bussin and cheap! ?The staff was really nice and for how fast the food came out, I did not expect the food to be as good as it was. Also, if you eat in, you get free chips with a good selection of salsas from their salsa bar! Try the Aguas frescas too! I got horchata and it was yummy.
