“Clean, 4 pool tables, friendly bar tender. Was no smoking which is good for some.I was turned off by the stage with no live music on Friday or Saturday. Would be a great place for a house band to setup. Saturday night around 11pm and there was roughly 15-20 people tops.“
“Came to sing karaoke and grab a bite around 7:00pm on a Friday. Nice little place, that's a little understaffed - but, if you want to relax and aren't rushed... it's worth the wait.Karaoke is "you have to ask" (no book) and while there's a local preference for Spanish... they'd be fine with anything.Shrimp tacos (pic) we're filling & delicious, served HOT (nice!).2 margaritas & taco plate, under $30 (nice value). Staff is playful and fun. Definitely a "return place".?“
“Food was ok, service was ok, one food item was wrong. The restaurant is jam packed in. Not big enough to be a real chilies. I you don't have the right amount of people be ready to expect a hr and a half of wait time.Parking: It gets so packed you would have to park on the street or across the street.“
“I like this place because it's low key and u don't run into a lot of people that u know and everybody don't know ur business. Everyone is always very polite and they have good pizza and corn dogs when u need a late night munch. They also have pool tables and one dart board and some nights they have karaoke the bar tenders are all really great and make sure ur always well taken care of they could have some beer specials to help out the pocket book but other than that the place is great to get away and relax just for a bit and socialize with ur friends or meet a few new people I've never had any issues with someone being rude or disrespectful. “I have never had an issue with service, time of order, food, or atmosphere. Love this little home steak house!Kid-friendliness: They don't get upset with kids being kids! The waitress/bartender actually acts like a mom and told our party of kids, "When you sit down, I'll get your drinks!" Loved it“
“We were in town for our nephew's Fire Academy graduation. La Mesa refused to seat our party of 12. ( They refused to divide us and seat 3 parties of 4 as well)Went down the way to The Brickhouse Grill where the manager not only opened the door to welcome us in, but personally served our party. Food was fast, hot, and very tasty. You cannot go wrong with this establishment. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Brickhouse Grill!!“
“My son and I went tonight. Been awhile since I had brick oven pizza. Soul Fire's is excellent, so we're the garlic knots. Their brews are also great. We enjoyed the arcade also. Our server was friendly and attentive, wish i remembered his name. Lexi was manager on duty, she was very nice and great to talk to. Overall great place to hangout.“
