The food was delicious, not too greasy and the veggies were fresh.

“I enjoyed my meal yesterday in this establishment however I ordered some food to go and I asked for it to be brought to me right before I was ready to go it got brought to me 5 minutes after I got my meal therefore I had to bring home cold food we asked them to put it back under the heat lamp which proceeded to mount the cheese in the taco plate into the styrofoam it was unusable“

“We have been to Abuelita’s many times and will continue to go back. The food is so good and the service is excellent! I love the Popular Platter and usually have that, we are headed there shortly and I’m thinking I might try something different this time. I do order the frozen blue margarita every time I eat there, except during lunch. My husband really likes the atmosphere as the music is not blaring and we can talk with friends while we eat. My husband usually has the Chile relleno plate along with a friend of ours. If you haven’t been there give it a try I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.“

“OMG if you have not had the pleasure to have waitress Ms Miranda, you have no idea what you're missing! This lady was so sweet, accurate and on point with everything. I wish I could give her 1000 stars! My family went on a Sunday and we sat at the bar. I'm so glad that we had Ms Miranda. Keep up the great work! We really appreciated you!“

“The best grilled chicken in Waco at a ridiculously affordable price! You really can't go wrong with the Combo($18) which feeds two to three people.PRO TIP: order a Combo, all green sauce, no reds, then drive up the street(25th is a one way for those who don't know) to La Nueva Michoacana paleteria and buy a large horchata with no ice **chef's kiss**“
