McDonald's in Temple

“So we came to the drive-thru around 9:30 we had to wait to get our food as around 10:00 and they gave her food to another car which is no fault of their own the person who took our food is in the wrong however inside and spoke to miss essence and she was wonderful and they were so busy and these people I mean were working and they had a line in the dining room a line and the drive through these people are working their butt off instead of getting mad of how the situation happened it was something you have to realize how hard these people are really working great job to the team at this McDonald's and at this location moving forward I think we will come to this location thank you everyone at this McDonald's for your hard work“

“The kids at lunch are obnoxious and sound ridiculous when they speak. But the management team here is awesome not something you see in fast food, some kids took my lunch, while I waited a long time, they made thus right remaking it and offering a refund, exceptional service“

“Ordered on the app at 1:58 p.m. order was ready in 5 minutes. The burger was hot juicy and Delicious and the fries must have just came out of the hot oil fantastic the drink was cold clean and crisp as usual. Restaurant with clean as a whist. The employee I encountered was friendly five star experience all the way around.“

“Not sure how to comment on this one. I mean, do the big corporations really read these or do they just send random emails to people stating they’ve read their comments? I’m really curious to know. I tried to complain a few times about a specific store and how their menu boards are out more than their ice cream and milkshake machines. How does a chain allow a restaurant to be below expectations?“
