“Best McDonald's and Staff I've been too! I come here a lot before work, and today I was running 3mins late, they had stopped serving breakfast already as I came in at 10:34am. So 4mins after they switched to the normal menu, the lady cashier was so friendly and said they had a few breakfast stuff available and I got to get my breakfast sandwich! She didn't have to do that at all, but because she did, she made my day better just for that small kind gesture! I will always think of this McDonald's as a great spot now even more then I already did.“

“This restaurant has quickly become one of our favorites. The kitchen clearly takes real pride in its craft. Service was prompt, friendly, and never rushed. The kitchen turns out consistently delicious, well-crafted dishes. The hospitality here is warm and sincere. It's everything you want in a restaurant and more.“

“Clean modern renovated inside. Mostly just kiosks to order on. Seating is all bench seating or wooden chairs. No drink machines for refills or ketchup packets available as grab and go. You have to ask the workers for the refill or ketchup which is annoying. Food tastes like McDonald's.“

“How does one rate a McDonald’s these days? Well after you’ve ordered your food and taken out a second mortgage on your house for a big Mac and then discovered that the big Mac taste about the same as the cardboard box that came in somehow I get to feeling that even the bad food doesn’t cover up the bad service. “For being just a Walmart McDonald’s I will tell you it’s the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. The staff is always friendly even though they are always packed. I honestly feel like it’s the busiest McDonald’s in Austin but they always have smiles on their faces and most important I’ve ordered from here more times than I can count since moving to Austin from Uber Eats or just grabbing food after grocery shopping and they have never messed up my order. “McDonald’s has the best fries in the world, always hot, perfectly salted, and consistently addictive. Their Sprite is also on another level, super crisp and refreshing with the perfect amount of fizz. No matter where I go, it’s always a reliable go-to for a quick, satisfying meal.“

Yalls employee named Juanita working at this location this morning at around 11 is the sweetest. Bringing everyone thier food with the biggest smile on her face. Couldnt make it to the counter before she handed me my food and drink. Both times she was smiling ear to ear.“

“This McDonald’s may always be short staffed and take forever with your order, but I guarantee everything will be correct. I had a large mobile order and it took around 30-40 minutes from placing the order to get my food, but everything single thing was correct. The ice cream machine works, you’ll get extra sauces, and the staff is nice.“

“Their breakfast keeps me alive.

Regarding the photo - this is not a full trashcan. It certainly looks like it is but it is not. This an example of a need to spend some time on the physics of the extension “snout” that McDonald’s drive-thru trash cans are fitted with. It is a great idea due to the convenience it provides in allowing a drive-thru customer to dispose of their trash with less of a chance that trash will end up on the ground. However, the snout does not have enough slope for gravity to successfully pull everything into the can. It only takes one small item to stick inside the snout and things start backing up.
McDonald’s is known for their creative abilities with processes and systems. That’s how they got their start. It is certain that they could figure out a way for these trashcan snouts to better perform.“

Food took just a bit too so I pulled off to wait patiently because food takes a time to cook.

When they brought it they had a whole tray of condiments ready.

“Almost always, it's faster/easier to walk in to get an order than using the drive through. Not at this location on this morning, even when using the DIY kiosk to order.

Food was up to standards, but the time to do a simple breakfast order for 1 person seemed excessively long, as there was only 1 other customer inside before me.“

“Really was unexpected, but the McDonald’s was great man. They had combos that tasted good. The food was cooked good the fries were even very tasteful. “The food in this McDonald’s is actually very good and very well prepared. All of the employees are also very good and treat us well. The only reason I’m giving this one less Star out of the five is because the woman in the window where you pick up your food is very very rude and she just seems like she doesn’t wanna be there. “My boyfriend and I were “those people” last night, you know the ones who pull up not realizing the restaurant was 5 minutes until close. Didn’t catch his name (I’m guessing Emilio after reading other reviews) but he had glasses and gave the kids stickers, he was super friendly and treated us like family. “I’m a proud Gen X woman born in 1969, and I’ve had my fair share of McDonald’s experiences over the years… but THIS one? Hands down the absolute BEST I’ve ever had.
I was in Austin attending a funeral, and we stopped in for breakfast and decided to dine in since we had a little time. From the moment we walked in, Roxana changed everything I thought I knew about customer service at McDonald’s.
She welcomed us in with warmth and genuine kindness. And let me say this clearly… in all my years, I have NEVER been welcomed like that at a McDonald’s.
She took our order, thanked us sincerely, and even apologized (more than once) because the register was moving slowly. That alone showed professionalism and care. But she didn’t stop there.
Roxana came to our table with a caddy asking if we needed straws, napkins, or jelly. I was honestly blown away. At McDonald’s? Yes!
Then she came back AGAIN just to check on us and make sure everything was good.
That level of service is rare anywhere these days, not just fast food.
I was so impressed that I asked for her manager just to let them know how valuable she is. If I owned a restaurant, I would absolutely come back and recruit Roxana myself.
She brightened my day during a difficult time. Her smile, her energy, her attention to detail… top tier.
McDonald’s, if you’re reading this — Roxana is the blueprint. She should be training every new hire.

“I’ve been going to this McDonald’s infrequently for many years, always for coffee, but occasionally for a quarter pounder, this time for coffee.

There are two drive-through lanes and 16 parking spots for pickup and delivery services.
This leaves parking for dine-in customers in the back.

The serivice for dine-in customers reflects the parking for dine-in customers. While I stood at the register ready to order, I watched 4 employees, including the manager in social interaction, interrupted by occasional work. Another employee seemed to have been assigned the task of waiting on the dine-in customers.

My order came up pretty quick (how hard is coffee).

The seating in the front faces east and in the dinning room the windows face north. This would be a good place for a quiet start to the day, except for the piped-in music and the TV in the dinning room.

I noticed that there were no homeless in the store.

All of the employees seem to speak Spanish, and most seem equally proficient in English.

There is no beverage bar.“
