“Best McDonald's and Staff I've been too! I come here a lot before work, and today I was running 3mins late, they had stopped serving breakfast already as I came in at 10:34am. So 4mins after they switched to the normal menu, the lady cashier was so friendly and said they had a few breakfast stuff available and I got to get my breakfast sandwich! She didn't have to do that at all, but because she did, she made my day better just for that small kind gesture! I will always think of this McDonald's as a great spot now even more then I already did.“

“This restaurant has quickly become one of our favorites. The kitchen clearly takes real pride in its craft. Service was prompt, friendly, and never rushed. The kitchen turns out consistently delicious, well-crafted dishes. The hospitality here is warm and sincere. It's everything you want in a restaurant and more.“

“I usually don’t leave reviews for fast food places but I wanted to say this McDonald’s seems to be very well run. Most ordering is done at the kiosk which is fine with me but I talked with a couple workers and I could tell they were happy workers. I know fast food isn’t the best work experience but nice to see at a fast food place because most of the time most workers don’t even seem to be wanting to be there.

That being said, quarter pounder with cheese is a decent value. Had this twice here because of close proximity to work location. Fries always hot, burger isn’t bad at all, and overall very nice experience coming here during lunch time.“

“Cathy at the drive thru as well as everyone else has always been kind and helpful every time I stop by. I love picking up a mocha frappe some morning as they are always delicious and made well. Yalls employee named Juanita working at this location this morning at around 11 is the sweetest. Bringing everyone thier food with the biggest smile on her face. Couldnt make it to the counter before she handed me my food and drink. Both times she was smiling ear to ear.“

“This McDonald’s may always be short staffed and take forever with your order, but I guarantee everything will be correct. I had a large mobile order and it took around 30-40 minutes from placing the order to get my food, but everything single thing was correct. The ice cream machine works, you’ll get extra sauces, and the staff is nice.“

“I occasionally come in to get spicy snack wraps. They’re very good the spices just enough of a kick to you’re like oh nice spicy. Nice quick and easy and usually I’m out of here like within five minutes. Love the food.“

Food was up to standards, but the time to do a simple breakfast order for 1 person seemed excessively long, as there was only 1 other customer inside before me.“

“For being just a Walmart McDonald’s I will tell you it’s the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been too. The staff is always friendly even though they are always packed. I honestly feel like it’s the busiest McDonald’s in Austin but they always have smiles on their faces and most important I’ve ordered from here more times than I can count since moving to Austin from Uber Eats or just grabbing food after grocery shopping and they have never messed up my order. “Today I decided to stop for a hamburger at this place but when I ordered the sandwich it was a little strange that they were late it used to be much faster but thank God I got my sandwich later because the meat was perfectly cooked and my sandwich was hot I was very happy to eat here

“My boyfriend and I were “those people” last night, you know the ones who pull up not realizing the restaurant was 5 minutes until close. We ordered quite a bit of food pulled up to the window where JR was doing all of the things. Made the dirty soda, the refresher, made all the nuggets and fries…;) he was so pleasant and upbeat! “The food in this McDonald’s is actually very good and very well prepared. All of the employees are also very good and treat us well. The only reason I’m giving this one less Star out of the five is because the woman in the window where you pick up your food is very very rude and she just seems like she doesn’t wanna be there. “There are two guys at the drive-thru that I've dealt with personally and they are really cool man. They really understand their job and they really take their time to help the customers. Then I ruled they're not impatient. I really do like the guys as far as the window where you actually pick your food up and it's a little. It's a little 50/50 because sometime the people at the window you know they acknowledge you and then sometime they don't really say nothing. They just give your food and shut the window and you know I know it's not a lot but it definitely is a lot when it comes to customer service. “My son and I come up here to hang out on weekends to order food and draw for a few hours. The number one downside of this place is that Everytime we are there, unhomed or mentally elsewhere people repeatedly come up to us and ask to take all of our food or to buy them food. THAT ASIDE, it usually is a good place to relax and hang out for a short period of time after classes or with your kids.“

“I go there very often, It is a good place to grab breakfast, especially after a long shift.

“I’m a proud Gen X woman born in 1969, and I’ve had my fair share of McDonald’s experiences over the years… but THIS one? Hands down the absolute BEST I’ve ever had.
I was in Austin attending a funeral, and we stopped in for breakfast and decided to dine in since we had a little time. From the moment we walked in, Roxana changed everything I thought I knew about customer service at McDonald’s.
She welcomed us in with warmth and genuine kindness. And let me say this clearly… in all my years, I have NEVER been welcomed like that at a McDonald’s.
She took our order, thanked us sincerely, and even apologized (more than once) because the register was moving slowly. That alone showed professionalism and care. But she didn’t stop there.
Roxana came to our table with a caddy asking if we needed straws, napkins, or jelly. I was honestly blown away. At McDonald’s? Yes!
Then she came back AGAIN just to check on us and make sure everything was good.
That level of service is rare anywhere these days, not just fast food.
I was so impressed that I asked for her manager just to let them know how valuable she is. If I owned a restaurant, I would absolutely come back and recruit Roxana myself.
She brightened my day during a difficult time. Her smile, her energy, her attention to detail… top tier.
McDonald’s, if you’re reading this — Roxana is the blueprint. She should be training every new hire.

“I’ve been going to this McDonald’s infrequently for many years, always for coffee, but occasionally for a quarter pounder, this time for coffee.

There are two drive-through lanes and 16 parking spots for pickup and delivery services.
This leaves parking for dine-in customers in the back.

The serivice for dine-in customers reflects the parking for dine-in customers. While I stood at the register ready to order, I watched 4 employees, including the manager in social interaction, interrupted by occasional work. Another employee seemed to have been assigned the task of waiting on the dine-in customers.

My order came up pretty quick (how hard is coffee).

The seating in the front faces east and in the dinning room the windows face north. This would be a good place for a quiet start to the day, except for the piped-in music and the TV in the dinning room.

I noticed that there were no homeless in the store.

All of the employees seem to speak Spanish, and most seem equally proficient in English.

There is no beverage bar.“
