“The food was fresh but something was wrong with the sweet n sour sauce that caused me to have ab immediate breakout/ allergic reaction which happens on occasion with McDonald's sauces due to their batches of sauces being tainted. Usually it only happens with the bbq sauce.“

“This location is inside Walmart. You have to go past the Walmart entrance and carts to get there. The food cooked well and was presentable, the service was with a smile...but the atmosphere needs improvement. There are dirty restrooms and tables. Homeless always coming and sleeping in the chairs, no play area and didn't always smell great. It's a good place to grab and go...but not sit and dine in.“

“I picked up our dinner in the drive through at this McDonalds tonight and everything went well. They took everyone's orders quickly, and worked through the drive through line at a reasonable pace. The staff was friendly too, and the 10 piece McNuggets with fries plus sweet & sour sauce were delicious!“
“As expected for a McDonald's chain restaurant, although this location does have exceptionally good Wi-Fi for some reason. Find myself being able to use it even from outside the building to kill time when I'm not busy with work. Customer service is suffering due to the fact that automated self-serve machines have been added to this location, but beyond that it's a pretty clean store that gets a decent amount of foot traffic, especially from the nearby high school during lunch time“
“We dropped in here as we weee passing. The place is clean and new and tidy. Clean tables. Fast service. Egg McMuffins were hot and good. Coffee was a bit bitter and needed a few sugars… I never have sugar so it was definitely bitter. Reasonable “
“It’s probably a 3.5 star McDonald’s. I used kiosk to order my meal and put a number for dining-in. I am comfortable to take my meal, but people in counter mentioned that they don’t know where I am. My number sign was put in front of the desk nearby. Other than this event, my experience was great.“

Amazing dude with great attitude. One thing u cant fake with ppl is attitude and energy and daniel has both. But now i just met Angel and holy moly.. same level of customer service. Super friendly and great attitude. I had a problem with my app. It was saying this location was closed when it wasn't and i had a two for one deal. I went to the drive theru and told angel. And he met me at the window to confirm my app issues. We had a good laugh and his attitude and energy made it so i didn't feel it was a big deal. He took care of me and i appreciate it. I told him i would yelp him AFTER i ate my food.. but i'm 10 min into this yelp review BEFORE i eat my food. Thats how u know the service was beyond excellent. These are the types of ppl that should be recognized and promoted. Besides angel and daniel.. even management can take notes from these two because i come here often and these 2 are top tier. Thank you so much. Attitude and energy is just how the person is made... u can't teAch it and u can't fake it. Real knows real. Promote these 2 i promise u it will make a world of difference. While sitting in the curbside reordering, he ran out just to make sure we were taken care of. He then brought us our food after, and when we went back through the drive thru for some water, he was handling that too! Guy can multitask, and is friendly as heck when he does it. Really appreciate having good service so close to home.“

“This place is okay, as far as the service goes. The food is great of course because it is McDonald's. The service needs work as far as being nice. Not very helpful with people. Ask questions and get the no or I do not know attitude. Being blind I can not see prices, but asking the lady at the counter, her answers were it is 2 something or 3 something. I stand there hoping she would look it up, but of course not. Asked somebody if they were going to make more sweet tea, just said no and walked away. No explanation or apology, just no.“

“It’s so rare that I eat McDonald’s. Once in a while I get fries. But I really don’t eat much else. But every time I’ve come. The dinning area is always spotless. I’ve been greeted by the employees right away. And my fries have come out quickly and fresh and hot. I’ve also used the drive through a few times too, and I’ve alway had good service through there. The parking lot is large. I’ve never had a problem finding parking.“

“This is my favorite McDonald's in Austin. I like to order with the app and use curbside pickup. The food is almost always fresh and delivered in a timely manner. I like that the curbside pickup option is available until 10pm, while other McDonald's locations close their curbside pickup much earlier in the day. I did go inside the McDonald's once and it seemed a little messy, but the food and service here can't be beat.“

Things are just more efficient and a win-win to put your own order in and pay, then they can just call your number.
