Every time I order delivery from here, my order is packaged so neatly, organized and thoughtful. Food is always hot and fresh and it’s a huge difference when comparing to Baton Rouge Mcdonald’s! (I just stopped going) Thank you for my meals and my love of mcdonalds returning, you guys are the absolute best.
They always forget something when using drive thru.
Service was little slow.

McDonald's offers a pleasant dining experience with good customer service and fresh, hot food. The restaurant has a spacious eating area, self-serve order stand, and tinted entry/exit door windows. It is conveniently located near a fast mart gas station store, allowing customers to grab snacks while picking up their food. Parking is limited, but wheelchair accessibility is manageable. The restaurant is kid-friendly, with Happy Meals and a Playland to keep children entertained. Recent reviews mention that the service is fast and staff genuinely care about their customers, with one employee even returning a lost wallet. However, some customers have raised concerns about homeless people loitering around the restaurant and incidents of disorderly behavior. Customers are advised to check their bank accounts when paying by card, as some have experienced pending charges. Overall, the restaurant provides a comfortable place for families and individuals to enjoy their meals.
