McDonald's in Pflugerville

“I've had issues with this McDonald's before, but they have really improved. Service was quick and the food was hot. Shout out to the woman working window 2 (handing out food). She noticed i struggled to grab my drink (can't turn my wrist) and she leaned out further and made sure i got it without struggling further. She is the first person working a drive thru that took the time to notice and accommodate without me having to say anything. In all the times I've used a drive thru, she is the only one to notice and act. Even the drive up places that bring things directly to your car don't take time to notice. I wish i had taken time to look at her name because she really deserves recognition for going above and beyond.“

“I want to send a big shout out to Isabell her attitude was brilliant, and she actually is the one who made my strawberry shake and when I say she did her thang she killed it and I’ve been getting them from all the wrong locations this whole time 😂 but I will be back so she can make it for me again. Thank you Isabell for being extremely nice to me.“
