“EDIT: My original 1-star review was meant for the new McDonalds on Windy Hill and I-35, not sure why it posted to this location. This location in Buda is great, 5-stars. I do not recommend the other one.
Original Review for McDonalds #43698 18775 I 35 N Frontage Rd: Ordered in the mobile app and went through the drive-thru. Ordered meals for four people and one whole meal was missing so I had to get down to get the other meal. When I explained to the cashier she understood but when she took the receipt back to the kitchen, two ladies back there gave me an ugly look. I know they're new, and mistakes happen, but the attitude was unnecessary. I have worked at a McDonald's before, and I was held to a higher standard of service. Drive-thru also neglected to include straws, napkins and condiments I ordered which I had to ask for, as well. The food was as expected overall, but the fries were soggy. Will not be returning to this location.“
“Ashlyn was very attentive at the front counter and there was a young man with glasses that gave us our food who was very polite! When I have a good experience I always try to figure out names. But I wasn't able to get the young man's name this time.
Kid-friendliness: Very patient as my daughter was ordering her food!“
