McDonald's in Spring Branch

“Had an awesome experience at McDonald’s today. I ordered a chicken biscuit meal, a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit meal, and two iced French vanilla coffees. Everything was fresh, warm, and tasted great—the biscuits were soft, the chicken was crispy, and the coffee was perfectly sweet and refreshing.

What really made the visit stand out was the service. The female employee who helped me was incredibly kind, fast, and professional. She made sure everything was right and had such a positive attitude the entire time. It’s rare to see that level of care and energy—she absolutely deserves a raise and a promotion for how well she does her job. Definitely a great experience overall.“

“I took my son inside to get an ice cream cone as a sweet treat and little date just the two of us. The girl who took our order at the counter was very polite. She let me know that their ice cream machine was currently down. (Insert McDonald’s Meme Here). But that we could still get a shake. And a manager standing nearby overheard our conversation and he asked if my son likes Oreos. And that he could help us out. Long story short, I didn’t catch this man’s name, tall man in a nice white shirt and very respectful. He made sure we had a pleasant experience even though we didn’t get the cone, we were generously helped with an alternative. The dining area was very clean and stocked. The girl who took our order, was also walking around cleaning tables and countertops while my son enjoyed his ice cream. I give this 4/5 stars for food, because the ice cream was runny. But I’m glad the staff were honest and helpful and my son still got his sweet treat!“
