“Shout out to Mik ( sorry if I mispelled your name) for going above and beyond. Last night at about 10pm I placed and online pick up order. I get to this location and I placed the order at the wrong Mc Donald's but Mik went above and beyond to make it right even in the middle of a peak time. Great customer service!“

“Semi good food today as per usual this year and I just kinda sit the the 30 minutes drinking my diet soda and a few medium fries however I'm always shorted on fries by like 5-6 if I get a small but other times it's overfilled or exact which means good quality and quantity but they have medium fries and large for good value“

“The store is not modern But the service is far better than the modern mc.donalds. Cashier Miranda was very friendly and nice, and patient. Got my order correct on the first time, My food is Hot, Accurate and not missing anything. All other mc.donalds always mess them up and for that reason I don't like eating at mc.donalds. and plus I saw no kids which are the ones that are rude, and don't care. I think I will come to this McDonald's every time I pass by around here.“

“This is honestly the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. The staff have always been so friendly to our children, and service has always been very attentive. We often come to this location for ice cream or happy meals, and everyone has been so friendly. There isn’t a play place at this location, but often the team members give our kids extra attention or puzzles to play with while they wait for food. We really like coming here.“

“Honestly i was very anti-MCDs for decades. I recently started going yo this location because i was told from a decent source that the owners n mgrs keep up with machines cleaning n overall hygiene. Its been a month or so and each time customer service is fantastic, my order request has always been correct n fresh, wait time is usually no more than 5 minutes but usually faster. Today something unusual must have happened because it did take almost 20mins. However, customer service kept their cool and every one was attentive, aware of the wait apologizing to customers and once again, my order was correct, warm, fresh n delicious! Great job MCD team at SW Military!“

“I stopped in for breakfast on a Sunday morning. The restaurant wasn’t too busy. I placed my order through the app and picked it up at the counter. I had the sausage breakfast burrito, hash-brown, and a small iced vanilla coffee. The food was good and consistent with McDonalds quality. The restaurant was nice and clean. This is definitely a good location.“

“Omar is amazing!!! I’ve been getting really burned old hard dried out nuggets lately like the last few times and. Just never said anything but this time I checked and said something and Omar overheard me and he brought me out a new cold foam drink blueberry it was delicious now I will order this drink again and I don’t usually drink things like this! Great customer service great promotion for the new product he saw a chance and took it and I will be back and buy it! I love this location they always keep their latte machine clean unlike military and 90.. one thing though I really wish they would change their oil soon.. not go so long changing it or idk if their dumping them back in if they have been sitting but other than that I like this location a lot“

“Deliveries are my only issue, thru doordash or whatever it may be I'm usually always missing at least one item or some sauces.

“Updating my review after a bad experience manager made it right and this McDonald’s really knows how to treat their customers . This is a busy McDonald’s but the workers make it worth it with their kindness and great Food . While eating here with my family a Karen came in screaming at the employees from the drive through saying she had been waiting for a long time and people after her received their order . She yelled the same thing 4 times at them and continued yelling over and over it was so bad. I felt so bad for the kind employees that quickly handed her the food , apologized and handled the situation in the best way . After that she yelled at them one more time . A kind lady that had her food in her hands told her “you do not have to be rude to them” I will continue coming here because of the great experiences I have had here .“

“Great food, got the $4.00 sausage mcmuffin breakfast. An amazing value. Good service , but marked 4 stars because of extended wait in drive through for some reason. If not for that would be 5 stars across the board. McMuffin was warm, soft and very tasty. Hash browns had good flavor, but needed to drain the grease a little longer. The bottom of the bags was soaked with cooking oil by time we got it in the van. Had to put napkins under the bag so not to have the oil get on other things. I credit thst to the fact of being so busy this morning not allowing more time to drain.

Overall, completely satisfied and will return.“

“I had a really good experience at McDonald’s recently. The food was fresh, the service was friendly, and the team members who were working did an excellent job keeping everything running smoothly. I truly appreciate their hard work, especially during the late hours.

One thing I’d like to highlight is the need for more employees during the night shift. The staff on duty were doing their absolute best, but the limited number of workers made the wait times longer and added extra pressure on them. Adding more team members at night would make the service even faster and help support the employees who are already doing a great job.

Overall, I enjoyed my visit, and with a bit more staffing at night, the experience would be even better.“

“I frequent this McD's as it is a short drive to my apartment, and normally it is really good. I mainly go through the drive thru get my order and head home.

The problem lies in when I get a completely incorrect order. Normally I'd turn around and just get whatever is suppose to be fixed fixed, but today I figured I'm not going to make a big deal about it.

However I will say tighten up a bit. Tonight I ordered a 6 piece Happy Meal for my kid, a basket of fries and 2 strawberry creme Pies. When I get home to open the bag, I see 2 regular apple pies and a large fries...

I know its fast food, but please slow down and just do one quick look in the bag. A Large fries and 2 apple pies is not $11.00. Thank you.

“This resterant location was mostly clean. The bathroom was fairly clean. If you want to make sure your food is hot and fresh, you can special order your food or you can just tell the person you are placing the order with that you want your order made fresh.“

“Don’t really like this location because I’m always ignored and left standing there for a while until someone helps me out. But TODAY whoever they had on the front counter around 1:20pm taking orders was super attentive and welcoming! Only reason I’m leaving a review! Awesome job!“

“Took 30 minutes for our to go order to be done. The AC seems to be broken and the poor employees had fans and a portable ac unit. Not totally upset that it took 30 minutes for our to go order with the conditions the employees are working in.“

“I usually have amazing service here when I come overnight. From them remembering me and making small talk to even the special accommodations I need they remember without me having to ask but I just came here and ordered my burger( only 1 item) at 7:06pm and not only did I not receive it until 7:39pm but the manager was very rude and brushing me off and unwilling to speak with me on my order. Then came and tossed it on the counter and said there you go while walking away. I was not being rude or raising my voice. I didn’t constantly ask about my order. Hell after I told the guy at the counter I was here for my pick up order I didn’t even ask on the status of it until after 25 minutes of waiting. Just like other commentors I was asked to pull forward, and having had to wait quite a long time in the past only to get my order barely warm I asked how long would the wait be..... I felt like I committed a cardinal sin, I did pull forward and when the food arrived it was nice and warm but the 1/4 pounder was so very loaded with PEPPER and fries over loaded with salt it only made me pause.......I felt the order was intentionally over seasoned and in hind sight I hope that's the only thing wrong with the food.,

“Last Saturday was my 70th birthday. 2 or 3 years ago, I downloaded the McDonald’s app. I was asked for my D.O.B. while doing the prompts for setting up the McDonald’s app. I entered the information. I received an email by McDonald’s receiving a free sandwich and a drink because of my birthday date. Today I went to McDonald’s showing the email to Esther, the young lady at the register. Esther was polite, friendly, kind, informative and professional. Esther deserves a pat on the back. She was busy at the restaurant & at the register because it was 11:58am, lunch time! “The McDonald's on Culebra and Elemdroth is not a good service restaurant especially evening time. Every time I go their there is always something wrong going on with my orders. The thing is they have so many younger youths working there and they have real bad attitudes toward older customers. I have nothing against it . I'm all for youths getting jobs but now a days it's just crazy with them.The last time I was there the younger youth giving me my order was rudely and started laughing in my face, the manager walked behind her i got the managers attention and told her how the worker was being rude. The whole time I was telling the manager about it she was standing right behind the manager still laughing at me while I was explaining to the manager how she was acting. With no respect, that the manager turned around and told her to walk away because I know that she heard the girl laughing the whole time I was explaining to the manager about her behavior. But she was in the night shift the day I am writing this review. I am a regular at this McDonald's, but they've always been so nice and helpful every time I go to get my food or have an issue.
