THE "BEST" McDonald's in San Antonio period!!! Polite and efficient staff is indicative of good training and quality management. I haven't been to this McDonald's in years but they're just as polite and efficient as the last time I was here years ago. Kudos to management team!! Keep training great/polite staff!!!
Haven't had problems before except for today.Window teller told me incorrectly what comes with a big breakfast.Drive through was backed up and had to park and wait.When I got my food, they forgot my kids apple juice. When the worker came out, he said "what's up?". That's not how you address customers.I get home and call the manager. We get "disconnected". Her tone is dismissive. She offers me some free food but all I just want her to know that she needs to train her employees...read full review

The burgers and nuggets were very good. We just picked up at the drive-through using the McDonald's app. we line was very long and slow. It took about 15-20 minutes to get through the pickup window.
